  In order to be able to enjoy the facilities available at any of the Gyms/Fitness Centres available for booking on FONENTRY.com, you need to agree to the following terms of use:
  

  
  
  • I confirm that I know of no medical, physical or mental reason why I would not be capable of performing the physical activity in which I choose to participate in through FONENTRY.com.
  
  
  • I acknowledge my responsibility in communicating to a staff member prior to commencing any activity, any physical and/or mental concerns affecting me which could conflict with participation in my chosen physical activities.
  
  
  • I hereby acknowledge that use of the gym facilities and equipment, participation in the classes and physical training exposes me to inherent risks which can include accident, falls, illness, injury or death.
  
  
  • I assume all risks of injuries associated the use of any facilities offered by partners listed on FONENTRY.com, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, exercises and techniques taught to me by trainers employed by or providing services at any partner business listed on FONENTRY.com, and all other risks being known and appreciated by me.
  
  
  • I agree to waive, release and hold harmless FONENTRY.com and any partner business listed on FONENTRY.com, its directors, employees, representatives, trainers, contracted staff or anyone else providing a service and their successors from any responsibilities, liabilities, demands or claims of any kind arising out of my use of facilities listed on FONENTRY.com, or out of my participation in training, classes or anything else organised by or on behalf of any partner business listed on FONENTRY.com.
